MOTHERS NATURE
After being a participant in the Skills USA sculpting competition for Illinois, I wanted to make something that truly represented me. Something that shows what inspires me to create, which is nature. Creating this piece took everything I had and more, I bled making it, truly putting my soul into it. I wanted to make its eyes look alive, and dangerous. Mother Nature won the state championship for Illinois, and came in the top 9 finalists for the national competition. It's the embodiment of my soul.
